Went in on Saturday on the verge of a literal panic attack. Someone fraudulently used my account to order jewelry from Javierthejeweler BX LLC. The way that they calmed me down, listened, and assist me with reversing the fraudulent charge !?! They offered me water, a comfy seat & genuine advice. So grateful to them, they did not have to be as awesome as they were. When I do begin to purchase jewelry, I will 1000% be coming to this location. God bless !

Today I went to pick up a necklace at the Bronx location, I was helped by a rude unprofessional man. He was a white hispanic male. He didn’t show me the necklace and asked me in a rude way “ Dame to ID” he didn’t make Me feel welcome at all. Javier needs to replace him with someone that gives excellent customer service. Enclose find his signature.

These people are very unprofessional. My package was stolen from UPS. They won’t answer their phone, they won’t give me my refund. It’s been over a month and nothing. Don’t buy from these people. Worst customer service I ever encountered.
